Arlington Residential Rebuild
As part of the City of Arlington’s continuing effort to perform routine neighborhood street rebuild projects for its citizens, the City selected three streets to be rehabilitated based on deteriorating pavement and outdated, undersized utility lines. The Dunaway Team’s design for these streets included water, sanitary sewer, paving, and street lighting improvements. With approximately 6,300 linear feet of residential street rebuild at Harmon Terrace, Kelly Terrace, and Wynn Terrace, Arlington residents have new concrete paving, driveways, sidewalks, ADA ramps, and street lights. Additionally, these projects included approximately 2,100 linear feet of new 12-inch water line and approximately 400 linear feet of upsizing of existing 6-inch to 8-inch sanitary sewer along Wynn Terrace.
