Dunaway’s structural team partnered with GSBS Architects on the design of the new 15,600 square foot City Hall and 14,800 square foot Police Station for the City of Azle. The new City Hall features City Council Chambers and office spaces. The new Police Station features a drive-through sally port, holding cells, training rooms, and dispatch areas.

The foundation of the buildings consists of a two-way structural slab on void box to protect against expansive soil movement. The superstructure has a concrete panel exterior with structural steel interior framing. (Graphics courtesy of GSBS).
